I thought I just had to post this blog, even though intially I thought it had nothing to do with weddings but in fact it has everything to do with weddings.
Sometimes it takes getting married to realise who your true friends are!
These cupcakes are good enough for your wedding cake, your dessert at your wedding breakfast or afternoon tea or your favours...
...if you can get some practice in with piping the chocolate grenache and make sure you don't eat the left over chocolate so you have enough to make chocolate swirly things to go on the top which finish them off fabulousy but my efforts were far from a quest for perfection, but rather a feel good moment so why not get the wooden spoon out and release some pre-wedding tension?
